5 bedroomed Modern Villa with private heated pool - sleeps 10 / 12

Villa Maky - a beautiful new comfortable villa which benefits from a private heated pool set in spacious grounds. Enjoy the Petanque court and the views from the terrace whilst sipping a glass of wine bought from a local vineyard (free tours and tastings can be arranged in English if required). The villa is situated in the quiet village of Puysserampion about 1.5km away from the medieval town of Miramont de Guyenne which hosts a number of shops, supermarkets, cafe bars and restaurants in addition to the colourful weekly market which takes place every Monday morning. Just a stones throw away you can visit the local farm shop where you can buy your seasonal vegetables at great prices. This property (and the pool!) is available all year* and offers ADSL broadband.

Look out for the night markets during the summer months, the fields of sunflowers and the undulating countryside filled with rows of vines. This is a perfect base for sightseeing whilst being able to relax and unwind. For total relaxation, you may make an appointment with the owner for a massage at the house (paid locally). Just tell her how many hours you would like...

The house is situated just over an hour away from Bordeaux and about 40 minutes from Bergerac - both of which of which have airports.

The house

This spacious property (app 175m3 living space) is all on one level and offers open plan living with French doors leading on the covered terrace which overlooks the 9m x 4.2m (chlorine) heated pool.

The fully equipped kitchen offers American fridge / freezer with ice maker, breakfast bar island with induction hob, electric oven and microwave. There is a laundry room with washing machine and garage.

At the far end of the room you will find a comfortable seating area, TV (French and English), CD & DVD player. ADSL Broadband internet (Wi-Fi).

Leading down the corridor away from the kitchen you find:-

Outside

The 9m x 4.2m heated pool will be maintained at 25 degrees during July and August. *If you would like the pool heated above this temperature or heated outside of this period, it can be - subject to a supplement of 100 Euros per week (please note it will normally take up to12 hours to bring it to temperature). The pool has a maximum depth of 1.5m
