The pool at Tremblier

This wonderful property is situated at the end of a quiet lane and enjoys unspoiled views of the surrounding countryside. Here you can enjoy total peace and quiet yet only 3km away, you will find the market towns of Miramont & Eymet (on the Lot et Garonne / Dordogne borders) with a number of lively bars and restaurants. The towns date from medieval times when England and France were rivals for control of the province.

The closest village is St. Pardoux (appx 2 km), which has an excellent supermarket.

Tremblier, set in 2 acres of well maintained garden is set on the top of a hill with views all over the surrounding countryside. The grounds have a number of fruit trees – you are welcome to help yourself as you stroll around the gardens.

The beautifully tiled kidney shaped pool (4 x 8m) has a deep and a shallow end and is entered by graduated tiled steps. Next to the pool you will find one of many sunbathing areas and poolside furniture.

The farmhouse is all on the ground floor. lt comprises:

	2 bedrooms with original features – one with a double bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds (two of which can be pushed together and the third smaller bed more suited to children).
	A shower room with bidet and toilet is situated between both bedrooms.
	Fitted kitchen with super fireplace. Equipped with dining table, microwave, electric cooker, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment.
	An open plan lounge with comfortable seating around a log burning fire. There is also a long table and seating.
	UK TV (with BBC channels & radio) available upon request and without additional charge
	Two covered terraces - one of which over-looks the pool. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or an evening meal or simply escaping from the sun.
	A selection of books, games and a CD / Tape / Radio

Across the courtyard there is another building ‘The Dog House’ – which houses a double bed with ensuite toilet / shower room. This also has it’s own terrace.

In total Tremblier can sleep 7.

A BBQ and table tennis table are also available for your use. There is a utility room where the washing machine is housed.

Behind the pool and farmhouse, you will find a barn. Beyond this is a small apartment where the owner sometimes stays (the owner respects the privacy of the guests at all times and will not use the pool whilst you are in occupancy).
