Newly renovated 4 bedroom / 4 bathrooms* heated pool barn conversion with fantastic views

Situated in the hamlet of St.Pierre sur Dropt not far from Duras, this lovely house is a perfect retreat for those wanting to enjoy rural France.  The Bastide towns of Monsegur, Eymet and Issigeac are within easy drive. This property can be reached by Bordeaux or Bergerac airports.

Le Petit Bardèche is a stylish barn conversion offering all the home comforts whilst retaining a number of the original features. It has lovely views of the Chateau at Duras and of the rolling countryside with vine covered slopes. 

If required, a cook and maid service may be available during your stay. Baby sitting upon request.

The exterior

The 5 x 12m salt pool is constantly heated to a very pleasant 26 degrees and accessed by steps. It is secured by a pool alarm. Outside shower. At one side of the pool there is a large covered dining area with BBQ and comfortable seating area with fantastic views - a perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down!

There is a large (slightly sloping) grassed area at the side of the house which is suitable for ball games
