Maison Sienna

Modern 3 bedroomed villa (sleeps 6/7 + baby) with air-conditioning

Situated on a quiet lane only 2km away from the Bastide town of Eymet (and less than half an hour from Bergerac airport) you will find Maison Sienna set on the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne borders. Miramont, a typical French market town with a number of supermarkets is a 5 minute drive.

Within the area you can enjoy the atmosphere of the local towns, sample the local produce - the wines, foie gras, duck and the excellent restaurants whilst passing through some of the beautiful countryside that the area has to offer.

The house:-

The property is all one one level comprising:-

	Spacious dining living area - benefits from air-conditioning
	UK free to view TV
	Modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric hob / oven, microwave etc)
	Utility room with washing machine, sink and ironing facilities
	WC

Fully fitted kitchen

Leading from the living area you will find:-

	Double bedroom 1 with drawers and hanging space
	Double bedroom 2 with drawers and hanging space
	Twin bedroom with drawers and hanging space
	Bathroom with bath and separate shower WC

Cot, high chair and z-bed available upon request

The pool

Discretely set at the side of the house you find the 6m x 3m pool (Chlorine). Access by ladder - 1.2m deep. A hard cover is provided as security in addition to a small fence at the rear of the property and child gates for the French patio doors.

There are areas around the house for sunbathing and dining in and out of the shade - and perfect for watching the sun set whilst enjoying a glass of wine!

All prices are per week Saturday to Saturday*, arriving 5pm and departing 10am.

*10 day rentals possible with Wednesday changeovers. Low season lets considered - price based upon duration and number of occupants (the house has electric heating).

Arrival dates may be flexible (subject to availability) out of peak season.

One well behaved / placid dog is welcome (subject to £25 per week surcharge)

£150 security deposit

Price includes one set of bed linen and towels (please bring your own pool towels)
