summer months) A blessed corner of South West France made of gentle
rolling hills, fields of sunflowers and winding roads empty of cars.
Situated with a perfect combination of things
to do and see and a perfect place to relax and unwind.
It is 4 kms to Prayssas (about a 30 min walk)
and takes under five minutes in the car. Night markets in the summer
and regular events. Just a lovely place to watch the world go
round.The lake opposite is open for snacks and lots of things to do.
Maison Neguenou is spacious and full of rustic charm
and offers true comfort for a relaxing holiday.
Prayssas is situated between Agen and Villenueve sur lot (20
mins) where there are a great selection of restaurants and shops.
The house is accessible by Bergerac, Bordeaux &
Toulouse

from the house there is a large
lake complex. The lake offers fishing, canoes and
pedaloes, a childrens play area and two pools (a
large pool and a paddling pool) and sunbeds. There is a snack bar.
