Les Cerisiers

Les Cerisiers, Agnac, is set in 3/4 acre of garden, with fruit trees and lawned area, and is situated in the Lot-et-Garonne, which is approximately two miles south of the popular bastide town of Eymet in the Dordogne; with its picturesque square, restaurants, two or three bars, boulangeries and supermarkets. To the south is Miramont de Guyenne; a bastide town with most amenities, including two excellent supermarkets and several boulangeries. Both Eymet and Miramont de Guyenne have regular markets, with a host of local produce for sale. Just north of Eymet is Bergerac, offering a variety of restaurants, riverboat trips on the Dordogne, colourful markets and shopping.

The apartment:-

Recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, this superbly appointed 2 bedroomed apartment is totally self contained, and is situated on the ground floor of the owner's house. The owners live on site but are sensitive to the privacy of their guests yet will be at hand to help you should you have any questions or require any assistance during your stay.

The accommodation comprises of a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room, with a wood burning stove. The door in the sitting room opens out onto your own private patio, equipped with table, chairs and BBQ (ideal for those lazy lunches or dinner under the starlit sky) enjoying views of the garden, open countryside and the pool.

You will also find CD player and satellite television (UK free to view) should you wish to catch up with your favourite programmes.

Internet access available upon request.

The well equipped dining kitchen comprises:-

A door through from the sitting room will take you to the master bedroom with orthopaedic double bed and fitted wardrobes. Off the hallway there is a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, further along there is the bathroom with shower, toilet etc.  If required a cot, high chair and a selection of baby toys are available upon request.

The 10m x 5m swimming pool , which is shared with the owners, complies with the new French safety regulations (it has an electric cover). Pool towels and sunbeds are provided.
