Le Clou, once a farmhouse, is a perfect for those looking for privacy, peace and quiet and wonderful rural surroundings. Here you can enjoy the peace and relaxation of a truly away from it all holiday, with al fresco meals under the shade of the terrace overlooking the pool, expansive gardens and fields of sunflowers, yet you are only a short drive from the historic market town of Miramont (3km) and Eymet (5km) with its shops, bars, restaurants and attractive leisure lake and riding stables. This is true rural France, the pace of life is slow, conversation and gastronomy go hand in hand, take your time purchasing local produce on the market and then linger over a relaxing meal in the evening. Visit historic Bergerac (25km) on the banks of the picturesque River Dordogne or St. Emilion (50km) to savour its renowned red wines.

About 2km you will find an excellent selection of shops to include a supermarket (with bakery), pharmacy & beautician, tennis and mini-golf. A marked walking circuit passes the entrance to the property.
