Situated in over 2 acres of land, half of which contains fruit trees and woodland you find Le Bourg on a quiet lane just over 2km away from the Bastide town of Eymet which offers a number of bars and restaurants and less than half an hour from Bergerac airport on the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne borders. Miramont, a typical French market town with more places to eat and drink and offers a number of supermarkets is a 5 minute drive.

Within the area you can enjoy the atmosphere of the local towns, sample the local produce - the wines, foie gras, duck and the excellent restaurants whilst passing through some of the beautiful countryside that the area has to offer.

	12m x 6m pool with Roman steps and diving pit (chlorine) secured by a barrier sensor alarm
	2 1/2 acres of established garden, fruit trees and woodland - help yourself to the fruit.
	Covered summer kitchen equipped with gas hob, sink, fridge and wood-burning pizza oven. BBQ. The area can be lit on an evening.
	Sunbathing area with loungers and relaxer chairs for 6 people.

The owners live at the far end of this property, they have their own garden area and will guarantee their guests exclusive use of the pool.
