A comfortable house of rustic charm with private pool and views across the countryside

Situated 3km away from the village of Lauzun in the Lot et Garonne, this pet friendly property is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday or a base to explore the local market towns and medieval villages. Bergerac is the closest airport at 30 minute drive.

	Large covered terrace which runs along two sides of the house.
	Covered dining area with built in BBQ area overlooking the pool

First floor

Up the open tread staircase (not recommended for children or for the feint hearted!) there is a second double bedroom.

The grounds

Set in about 5 acres, of which 1 acre is fenced, the owners welcome pets to this property. There is ample space for parking and storage facilities are available during longer / winter lets.

	10 x 5m saltwater pool with Roam Steps into the shallow end. The pool is fenced.

	Extensive gardens with fruit trees (help yourself!)

A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at Grand Buc subject to an additional £25 per week
