Located in the gently rolling landscape of the Lot & Garonne close to the small town of Tombeboeuf and within easy reach of Miramont de Guyenne and Villeneuve sur Lot, these renovated properties are situated in large landscaped 6.5 acres of fabulous gardens and a secluded 12 x 6 metre heated salt water swimming pool.
The property which is approached through electric gates is in a totally private position but just a few minutes drive from the small town of Tombeboeuf which has a boulangerie, butcher, good restaurant, large lake for country walks or fishing and the added bonus of a great 9 hole golf course!
The views from the terraces and gardens are beautiful - whether looking north towards Tombeboeuf or South to the hill just above the house and the restored windmill of Coulx - particularly fabulous in summer when the fields are carpeted with sunflowers!
The Farmhouse
There are two terraces and large built-in BBQ looking over towards the pool; one with a large awning to shade you from the midday sun. A table seating at least 12 - and still plenty of room for a few 'easy chairs' - a perfect outdoor living space!

The cottage (Bread oven)
Restored in 2006 with comfort and style in mind. This gite has a real WOW factor - the main living room fills the whole area of the original building the beamed ceiling soars into the apex of the roof, the walls are exposed stone, which are a great backdrop for the 'Jim Lawrence' light fittings. Terracotta tiled floors (hand made just a few miles away) plus underfloor heating - making this the best of destinations at any time of year.
