Directions
to the Au Bardeche are as follows: From
the north Once approaching Bordeaux,
follow signs onto the Ring Road (Rocade), this applies if you are arriving by
plane at Bordeaux Merignac airport. Once on the Rocade, take the Libourne
exit. Follow signs to Libourne. After crossing the River Dordogne take the next
exit signposted to Bergerac. Continue until reaching Ste.
Foy la Grande
(D936). Then follow signs for Duras
/ Marmande (D708). 4km after Duras, turn left on the C1 (marked as Touraille on the map below) to St Pierre sur Dropt. When
you see the old church ahead of you, take a left turning and you will see Au
Bardeche on your right. From
the south, take the Marmande exit off
the autoroute A62, and travel to Marmande on the D933. In Marmande, take the
D708 to Duras. 1 kilometre after Lévignac (4 km before Duras), turn right on
the C1 (marked as Touraille on the map below) to St Pierre sur Dropt. When
you see the old church ahead of you, take a left turning and you will see Au
Bardeche on your right. Arrival not
before 5pm please – unless by prior arrangement. Thank you! Maureen
