An immaculate 2 bedroomed house with panoramic views

The area:  Situated on a very quiet lane on one of the rolling hills in the Lot and Garonne, not far from the Lot river, Cantelaouzette is the perfect place for peace and tranquility whilst commanding fantastic views over the surrounding countryside.  Nearby Casseneuil (2km) is a fascinating and picturesque medieval village with narrow streets and houses overhanging the River Lede.  Further a field are the Bastide Towns of Pujols and Monflanquin.  The nearest large town with bars, restaurants and amenities is Villeneuve sur Lot - (7km) a 15 minute drive away.   

The vineyards of Duras, Buzet, Bergerac are also in easy reach. Bordeaux is just over an hour and a half drive away.  For golfers, there are 2 courses (Tombebeouf and Castelnaud) within a short drive.

The grounds and pool:

Further down the drive you will find the house belonging to the owners. There are no other rental properties at Cantelaouzette.   The owners may also use the pool (salt system - better for the skin as you don't need as many pool products!).

The pool itself is an unusual shape with Roman steps.  The large pool terrace which looks fantastic when lit on an evening. 

There are a number of sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool.

All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday during the peak season

All gas, electricity and water charges included in the rental during peak and medium weeks. Different arrangements operate during low season and longer lets.
