Situated just over 2km from the village of Lauzun in the department of the Lot et Garonne, this property is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday or a base to explore the local market towns and medieval villages.  Bergerac is the closest airport at a 30 minute drive. Lauzun with its imposing chateau offers a full complement of facilities including a post office, bar tabac, boulaungerie, tennis courts, pharmacy and restaurant.  Canoeing and horse riding available nearby.

Eymet is only a short distance away and well worth a visit. Golf is available at Tombeboeuf and "Golf Rustic" at La Sauvetat Du Dropt - both within a 20 minute drive.

If you are in need of internet access, you may connect to the owners system in the main house.  The owner speaks German, French and English.  You may also buy his home made produce - honey, "foie gras" - the local speciality and patés and "confit de canard" (very tasty duck legs!).
