This beautiful farmhouse with
additional accommodation is attached to a vineyard in some 85
acres of the most stunning French countryside. The distant views
are breathtaking and totally unspoilt, deer inhabit the parkland
in front of the house. A stream runs through the privately owned
valley below the property - there are pools in which to fish -
and no neighbours to spoil this charming hideaway*.
The estate is home to a 14 acre vineyard producing a Bergerac
Red, Bergerac Sec (white) and Saussignac (sweet). Formerly owned
by Kiri Te Kanawa this home is dearly loved and beautifully
furnished making it extremely comfortable and relaxing.
There are many pretty Bastide Villages nearby such as Duras, Eymet and Sainte Foy La Grande. Bergerac Airport is twenty minutes away. There are daily markets within a few miles of the house, and the Chateau des Vigiers Golf and Country Club is five minutes North of the property.

The Pigeonnier (sleeps up to 4):-
Next to the barn, the Pigeonnier (which sleeps up to 4) which would be perfect for nannies or teenagers (please note the Pigeonnier has direct access to the pool). The pool is 10m x 5m (to be confirmed) and has steps leading into the shallow end. It is alarmed and has a fence. The pool can be heated during June and September at a supplement.

On the first floor there is a double bed with doors onto the balcony.
The tennis court is to the right of the property and is well maintained.
