unspoiled views of the surrounding countryside. Here you can enjoy
total peace and quiet yet only a few km away, you will find the market
towns of Miramont & Eymet (on the Lot et Garonne / Dordogne borders)
with a number of lively bars and restaurants. The towns date from
medieval times when England and France were rivals for control of the
province.
Chauteau is a thoughtfully restored barn
/ old working farm with a number of original beams and features. At the
front of the house there is ample parking for 4 or 5 cars.
It benefits from a wonderful covered terrace over looking the pool and
fields beyond - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine whilst the sun is
going down!
The 11 x 6m alarmed pool (chlorine system) has Roman steps and is appx. 1m 20 cm
in depth throughout .
We have
been advised by the owners that the interior of the house is a total of
205 m2.

The owner
has horses on the adjoining stable yard to the right of the property and will check on her horses each day - please
feel free to ask should you have any questions about the area. Livery is
possible during your stay (at an additional cost) - there are bridleways
directly from the property up to 20km.
