A relaxing environment for golfers and non-golfers alike 2 La Menuisiere is a privately owned apartment overlooking the 11th &18th green, next and with access to, the tennis court and pool beyond. Conveniently located by the 1st tee and the bar which offers a selection of snacks (19th hole!), the apartment is perfect for a golfing break at the Villeneuve sur Lot Golf & Country Club. The Villenueve-sur-Lot Golf Course (18 holes, par 72, slope rating 123) can be played all year round. During the summer you can savour the apples and plums from the fruit trees which line the fairways. There is also a 9 hole practice course (par 27), a driving range and 2 putting greens. There is also a Golf School with 2 PGA professionals at your disposal.

The apartment, tennis court... and the bistro & the fenced pool just behind the trees! This bright and fresh ground floor apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, each with French Windows leading to the rear of the property. At the front and along the length of the property there is an open plan lounge dining area and galley kitchen with double doors opening onto the covered terrace with BBQ, dining table and chairs - not to mention the spectacular views of the course. The gardens up to the edge of the course are communal. At the rear of the property there is a parking space for 2 cars.

In addition to the prices quoted below, there is a 60 Euro changeover fee which is to be paid to the housekeeper when you collect your key. This covers the end of stay cleaning and one set of bed linen and towels. House keeping and additional sets of linen are available, if required, and should be arranged directly with the housekeeper.
Excellent discounts available for rentals of more than 2 weeks - please ask for details. No young children please - 'young adults' only! Towels (not beach towels) and bed linen are included. Changeover dates are flexible - long weekends possible, All electricity and water charges included in the rental during peak and medium weeks.
